Author-Ann Moura
Ann Moura, known to many as Aoumiel, is our own 
local celebrity in the Orlando area, when it comes to magic, religion and witchcraft and has been a solitary practitioner of Green Witchcraft for over thirty years.
Her Craft name is Aoumiel.
When I first met her, at Elemental Crossings, she didn't immediately strike me with the usual impression of what a celeb witch should be... so many have a flamboyance and flair that are openly obvious to all whom they talk to. This was not the case with Ann, she was quiet unassuming and, after a short discourse, obviously witty, intelligent and very knowledgeable.
Her mother and grandmother were Craftwise Brazilians of Celtic-Iberian descent. She holds both Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees in history. She is a certified Archivist, and has been a Navy Lieutenant. She is married, has a daughter and a son, and is a certified history teacher at the high school level in Southeast Florida.
Her best known titles are "Grimoire for the Green Witch" and "Ann Moura's New History of Witchcraft" along with her "Green Witchcraft" series. I can recommend her books as essential reading to any green witch.
She has agreed to come as a speaker for the witches meetup group after she has taken her sabbatical from touring this year (2008) so make sure to let her know how welcome we would make her at her website and be sure to buy a book whilst there.
