INSTANT MAGICK

At present the group who run 'Instant Magick' is made up of members who organize the events and raise awareness and funds in order to give our members both the entertainment and education that will help them further their knowledge and enlightenment.

At the earliest opportunity we plan to seek charity status to allow us to run the group as a non-profit for members which will allow us to offer members tax deductible option for donations.

At present we operate solely on the voluntary donations from meetup events, members free time work and fund raisers.

Star was born in Louisiana January, 1959, to a Catholic family the third child to two boys. In 1977 she moved to England to study her early love of horses becoming a horse master, whilst training she met her first husband after becoming 'officially' pagan after having to 'hide' her fledgling beliefs from her Christian family.

In 1978 she encountered tree spirits and so begun her study of tree talking, tree working, spirit talking and elemental working. That same year she felt drawn to visit Glastonbury and started to study the goddess of Avalon.

As a solitary witch she has studied the pagan paths of Norwegian witch craft, Irish Celtic, Egyptian, Greek, Roman, Asatru, Cherokee and Comanche' American indian, Inuit, Sami, Santeria and The Quaballah.

As a solitary she pursued the Celtic path through the 80s to the present day. Upon returning to the USA in 2003 she left two sons and two grand children to start a new life with her new, pagan, husband in Orlando where they joined the local pagan community. In 2004 Star received recognition as a high priestess from Morgaine of the coven of the Crystal Moon.

Between 2005-6 she became the assistant organizer for the Orlando witches and pagan meetup groups and later, in 2007, became the organizer. In 2007 she created the Orlando Goddess meetup group, shortly after forming the Association of Eclectic Witches and Pagans, in January of 2007 she formed and became high priestess of the coven of the Ancient Path.

Born in Pittsburgh in 1960 she was born to Pennsylvania Dutch family, the eldest of four. From an early age she had felt a spiritual calling and in 1974, after her mother died, took to a pagan lifestyle.

Having been a solitary witch since 1981 she remembers her grandmother being a kitchen witch and many of her teachings came easily to her.

Since 2001 she has been a practicing Shaman but has studied Dianic, Stregheria, Celtic, Wicca, Buddhism and Gardnerian.

2007 she was appointed Chairperson of the Association of Eclectic Witches and Pagans and became a member of the coven of the Ancient Path in 2008 as well as an assistant organizer of the witches and pagan meetup groups.

Born in London a year before the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II, in 1953, Quiet Pagan grew up in the South of the city within the sound of Bow Bells, shortly after his birth his father left the family to run off with his secretary leaving his mother to care and provide for her two boys. At this time London was still recovering from WWII so she was forced to live with her children's grand parents.

His grandmother was a garden witch whom the neighborhood came to to solve problems, be they physical or marital, his grand father twice a war hero and career soldier. During his formative years, his mother having to work long hours and travel for her job, he was often left in the care of his great aunt Maud, a stern Victorian lady, in her youth she had been an active and passionate suffragette and loved the theatre mixing with notables such as the Pankhurst's and many actresses including Lily Langtry to whom she corresponded till her death.

In society many of her set were involved with the Golden Dawn tradition which also held her interest. Over the years the young Quiet Pagan received a training regime, up until she died around his eleventh or twelfth birthday, as a Dreamweaver. Letters, subsequently found after her death, showed her research into the subject with Madame Lavatsky and later Dion Fotune (Violet Firth).

Around 1980s, having seen his great aunt's letters, he became interested in esoteric philosophy and came to find his first tarot deck, the Thoth, self-taught, and in conjunction with his higher-self whilst dreamwalking, he started to use the tarot as a divination tool.

Over the years his interests have been mainly within his dreamwalking discipline with use of tarot but has also studied most religious texts looking for answers to his questions. He has studied works from the Judeo-christian paths, including the Quaran, as well as Buddhism, the Ancient Greek and roman, European sun and goddess religions and the Golden Dawn.

Today he lives in Orlando and is both a member of the coven of the Ancient Path and Treasurer of A.E.W.P.. He has a son living happily in the UK and two wonderful grand daughters. During the 1980-90s he reconciled with his father whom he still maintains a relationship with.

His tarot card is the Ten of Disks (Wealth) the last card in the tarot which has correspondence with his higher self who have informed him that he is making his last journey in this realm and should ascend.

My birth name is Jodi, my chosen name is Juno. I was born April 9, 1968 in Erie Pennsylvania. My nationalities consist of Italian, German, Irish, Dutch and Indian. I have lived in Florida since I was 2 years old. I am a single mother of 2 perfect children (when they are sleeping), my son is 12 and my daughter is 18. They are the complete image of me in many ways, that is why I am in no hurry for them to grow up. I was a good child and a rebellious teenager. I am the reason why both my parents have heart problems today. When I was younger I felt there was always something missing in my life. Then I had children. They are the reason I am here today.

My education consists of graduating from Oviedo High School, Seminole Community College, studying Computer Literacy and Psychology, then graduating from Southeastern Academy with an Associates Degree in Public Relations. Plus many computer classes to mention as well.

My hobbies are cooking, bowling, and growing lots of plants as I, am a Green Witch. I love the feeling of helping a plant grow. It makes me feel so complete to be a part of something so wonderful as life itself. Herbs of course are my specialty. I have many different kinds from Angelica to Yarrow. Some are more difficult than others to grow, but the more the challenge the better for me. I am an inner court member of The Coven of the Ancient Path. I am also the Director of Events for AEP(W), the Association of Eclectic Pagans and Witches.

My name is Euraid and I have been on the path for around 8 years now.I was born in PA to a catholic family with a generous amount of folk tales, remedies and superstition thrown in. I knew in grade school that there was more to things than the church was telling me, my days spent as a stick poker/ rock turner showed me that. When I moved away from my family my path appeared and I've been stumbling towards enlightenment ever since. My path is a working witch. Basically if it works for me I use it. I never judge something useless simply because it's someone else's belief. No system is entirely correct. Only in acknowledging this and working together can we all ever hope to achieve that which exists at the end of desire.
